Shipping Policy
Last updated September 29, 2026
Carlsbad Bio supplies research products that may have specific shipping, handling, and temperature requirements. Shipping methods are selected based on product requirements, destination, customer requests, and available carrier services.
Orders are generally processed during normal business days. Processing times may vary based on product availability, order size, temperature requirements, destination, and other factors.
An order confirmation does not necessarily indicate that an order has shipped. Tracking information will generally be provided after shipment.
Certain products may be shipped refrigerated, frozen, or with temperature-control materials such as gel packs or dry ice.
Shipping conditions are designed to protect product quality during anticipated transit. The temperature of a package or product upon arrival does not, by itself, establish that the product has been damaged or is unsuitable for use. Many products remain stable for defined periods outside their recommended long-term storage temperature.
If you believe a temperature-sensitive product may have been compromised during shipment, contact Support@CarlsbadBio.co promptly. Carlsbad Bio may request photographs, temperature information, tracking information, or other documentation and will evaluate the shipment based on the applicable product specifications and available stability information.
Carrier delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Carlsbad Bio. Delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, governmental actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
Customers should contact us promptly if a shipment is delayed, particularly for temperature-sensitive products.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and ensuring that personnel are available to receive products requiring special handling.
Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or customer-requested rerouting may be charged to the customer.
Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon receipt.
Visible damage, missing products, incorrect products, or suspected shipping-related product damage should be reported to Support@CarlsbadBio.co within five (5) business days of delivery.
Please retain the product, shipping container, packaging materials, and shipping label while a claim is being evaluated.
Carlsbad Bio may, at its discretion, replace the affected product, issue a credit or refund, or determine that the product remains suitable for its intended research use.
Because many Carlsbad Bio products are biological, temperature-sensitive, sterile, or otherwise subject to controlled storage conditions, products generally may not be returned without prior written authorization from Carlsbad Bio.
Products returned without authorization may not be accepted or credited.
International customers are responsible for ensuring that products may lawfully be imported into their destination country and for obtaining any required permits, licenses, or approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in writing.
Customs processing may cause delays outside Carlsbad Bio's control.

Orders may be placed through our website, by purchase order, or through other methods accepted by Carlsbad Bio.
Receipt of an order or purchase order does not constitute final acceptance. Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping, taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, or other applicable charges.
Payment is due at the time specified during checkout, on the applicable invoice, or according to payment terms separately approved by Carlsbad Bio.
Submission or acceptance of a purchase order does not automatically establish Net 30 or other credit terms. Credit terms must be approved by Carlsbad Bio.
Past-due balances may result in suspension of additional shipments or credit privileges.
Any terms contained in a customer's purchase order or other procurement document that conflict with or add to these Terms are rejected unless expressly accepted in writing by an authorized representative of Carlsbad Bio.
Fulfillment of a purchase order does not constitute acceptance of additional or conflicting customer terms.
Carlsbad Bio endeavors to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, Certificates of Analysis, safety information, and other technical information.
Biological and research materials may exhibit reasonable lot-to-lot variation. Product specifications, packaging, concentrations, formulations, appearance, and documentation may be updated as appropriate.
Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable product documentation before use.
Customers are responsible for following storage, handling, preparation, and use instructions associated with each product.
Carlsbad Bio is not responsible for product deterioration or loss caused by improper storage, handling, preparation, contamination, freeze-thaw cycles, use after expiration, or other conditions occurring after delivery and outside Carlsbad Bio's control.
I
Customers must inspect products promptly following delivery.
Claims involving damaged, missing, incorrect, or potentially compromised products should be submitted within five (5) business days after delivery unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Carlsbad Bio may request photographs, shipping materials, product information, or other documentation reasonably necessary to evaluate a claim.
Products may not be returned without prior written authorization from Carlsbad Bio.
Due to the nature of biological, sterile, refrigerated, frozen, and other research materials, Carlsbad Bio may decline returns where product integrity or storage conditions cannot be verified.
Carlsbad Bio warrants that, at the time of shipment, products will substantially conform to applicable Carlsbad Bio specifications or documentation.
If a product does not conform to this limited warranty, Carlsbad Bio's obligation will generally be limited, at its discretion, to replacement of the affected product or refund or credit of the purchase price.
Except as expressly provided herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, products are provided without other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Carlsbad Bio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost research, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the purchase or use of its products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Carlsbad Bio's aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid to Carlsbad Bio for the product giving rise to the claim.
Customers are responsible for the safe handling and appropriate use of products and for determining their suitability for a particular research application.
Nothing provided by Carlsbad Bio constitutes medical, clinical, regulatory, or legal advice.
Purchase of a Carlsbad Bio product does not transfer ownership of Carlsbad Bio trademarks, copyrights, proprietary documentation, or other intellectual property.
Product names and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Carlsbad Bio will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances reasonably outside its control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, shortages, governmental actions, import or export restrictions, epidemics, utility failures, or supply-chain disruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Carlsbad Bio may update these Terms periodically. The version posted on our website at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order.
