PEGDA (Various MW)
Carlsbad Bio Poly(ethylene glycol) Diacrylate (PEGDA) is a photocrosslinkable synthetic polymer for the preparation of hydrogels with highly tunable physical and mechanical properties.
PEGDA is widely used in 3D cell culture, bioprinting, tissue engineering, drug delivery, microfabrication, and biomaterials research where a reproducible, synthetic hydrogel platform is desired.
Available in 3.4, 6, 10, and 20 kDa molecular weights, PEGDA allows researchers to select different polymer chain lengths when designing hydrogel formulations and optimizing properties such as crosslink density, swelling, and mechanical behavior.
PEGDA is supplied as a non-sterile powder that is readily sterile filtered through a 0.2um filter.
Combine with a photoinitiator, such as LAP, to produce photocrosslinked 3D hydrogels.
